Today we had planned to hike for several hours, but when we woke up it was raining and cloudy:( We decided to have a bit of a lazy morning and took our time getting out of bed which was SO nice! By the time we were ready to go, it had stopped raining! So we decided to give the hike a try! We made it about halfway up the mountain when it started to rain again so we thought we better head down. There was a nice gazebo that we stopped in and read our books for about an hour! It doesn't get much better than a gazebo in the mountains with a good book in the rain am I right?
Later that day we did a Swiss chocolate workshop! We thought we would see how it compared to our Belgian chocolate workshop from last month. This one was SOOO fun! We learned all about the history of chocolate and even tasted different kinds of chocolate. We learned how to temper chocolate and all the tricks that make Swiss chocolate so delicious!
